Totally neglected my deviant art profile/portfolio for THE longest time! It was nice to sign in and have a bajillion messages and features!! I thought id link up some of my work that had news features.. these photos are incredbily old… Im thinking of updating with new works and things

Im contemplating whether or not to upgrade my dA. People still use it a lot.. but my Flickr is more popular in terms of page views. The only reason I would upgrade would be for the benefit of being able to Html the fluff out of the journally blog section… decisions decisions!

This zombie lips picture is actually about 8 years old….. now i feel old. Its so crazy to think how much ive evolved as a photographer and artist.

Im supposed to be going to see Alice in Wonderland tonight if im well enough. Fingers crossed! Im very excited so in honour of that i thought id post these crafty bits i found online through disneys promotional site. Im going to print the bookmark soon, one for me and one for D. We are two bookworms so this is perfect

The cupcake toppers are amazing… I might actually have an alice in wonderland birthday party this year for myself…. it means id have an excuse to dress up and make these amazing cupcakes!

My favourite online shop at the moment is Pip Studio Amsterdam. So inspirational with their designs and bed linens. If i could afford anything off this site I would kit out my entire house! The kitchenware is especially gorgeous so go check it out

♥ Gisella Graham Flowers

These stunning flowers are made by Gisella Graham – i couldnt find them ANYWHERE online so had to buy them in town. They were a sound investment i think. I absolutely love wax flowers and saw these for the first time on display in a shabby chic country jug and totally fell in love.

These beautiful bunches are in a vase on my living room coffee table. Well they were, until the button blooms temporarily took over. Theyre a perfect addition to any spring time display and match beautifully with the colours in my living room.

Bloomin buttons

I spent about four hours on sunday evening making these bad boys. It took FOREVER!! these are incredibly easy to make – I will post a DIY tutorial for them. If you want bunches of them you better have plenty o buttons and patience! I spent a lot of time doing them and took some rather uninspiring pictures so monday morning i popped into the shop at the bottom of my street (which has EVERYTHING) and bought some lil oasis discs and just started to poke the blooms through. The oasis helped chunk out the vase (49p mug from ikea) and now i have loads left over – but not enough for another display!

Owl Planter bt FruitFlyPie on Etsy

I LOVE this planter. I was so tempted to buy the Chartreusse green version of the planter but i think this lil guy would look amazing on the bathroom windowsill with my Hyacinths. I really love the green guy – i love the style of him too. I think i prefer the green owl to the white so i will check her store again to see if i can buy the white version of the green fella. I really want them both! Decisions!!
